Starts at 9.30am and finishes at 5pm with a short break for lunch. Your course tutor will be Liam Nolan, UKRSA Founder & Technical Director.
It may be possible to include course members rackets, but we will have a full range of assorted rackets for your use anyway. Your course fee includes one years UKRSA membership so that you can access the UKRSA Technical Forum and benefit from sharing knowledge and experiences.
Similarly, if you wish to bring along your own stringing machine, let me know in advance. We will provide all course materials and machines.
We will cover a very wide range of racket servicing tasks, such as choosing the correct string and tensions, gripping, grip enlarging, string patterns, grommet replacement, stencilling, assorted weaving methods, tools and their uses, machine types, running a successful stringing service and lots more.
Food – Please bring your own food and drinks as unsure if the club bar will be open. There is no “Final Test” but hopefully all course members will be receiving the certificates at the end of the course. Anyone unable to achieve the levels of skills and knowledge on the course can return on a later course for free to address the part they need help with.
