DESCRIPTION:This will be a small course for up to two people at the UKRSA HQ in Norwich and run by Liam Nolan UKRSA  Founder & Technical Director. (One lady already booked in) \nIt will be a busy but enjoyable day of racket servicing\, looking at a wide range of rackets\, strings and ways to handle all of the routine servicing tasks such as stringing\, re-gripping\, stenciling\, mistakes to avoid\, different stringing machines and tools\, how to set up a small stringing business etc. \nThe course is suitable for complete beginners or those already stringing who wish to upgrade their skills and knowledge\, perhaps get the CPD coaching credits and also the certification. \nBring a packed lunch for yourself\, I can provide tea\, coffee\, water throughout the day. If all goes well then you will receive your signed certificate at the end of the day. You can bring along your own machine if you have one\, plus your own rackets to work on if you wish. DESCRIPTION:*Please note\, date of course not yet confirmed and may be subject to change*\nLocated in the beautiful area of Oxshott in Surrey lies the Oxshott Village Sports Club. \nOxshott Village Sports Club (ovsc.co.uk) \nThis course will cover squash stringing and other associated skills. \nIt’s aimed primarily at those wishing to learn how to string to a high standard or to those already stringing who wish to upgrade skills and knowledge whilst earning a certification. \nWe start at 9am and finish by 4:30pm. Maximum of 4 course members so please book early to avoid disappointment.\nElectronic stringing machines will be provided but attendees are welcome to bring their own machines – just let me know please. \nCourse fee of £199.00 includes one year UKRSA membership which gets you access to our technical forum and also the benefit from some great product discounts for members. So you will soon start to recover that course fee! \nPre-course technical information will be emailed to course members beforehand. \nTea\, coffee\, some snacks and water will be provided. A small shop is located nearby but it is suggested to bring a packed lunch. \nBookings are not yet available but to register your interest or to ask any questions\, please contact me at paul@ukrsa.com. \n

Please contact us if any questions \nNestled in the beautiful SW19 area is The Wimbledon Club\, also known as Lakeside. \nSituated opposite the All England Lawn Tennis Club\, this is an iconic venue to run a stringing course. \nThis is a One-Day practical course covering all racket servicing skills. \nTopics will include racket constructions\, string types/properties\, effects of varying tensions\, relationship between string and ball\, string bed stiffness and string durability. \nFrame examination prior to restringing\, grommet repairs\, string selection\, tension considerations\, weaving techniques and correct use of machine turntable and pulling mechanism. \nInformation offered on how to set up a successful stringing business. Certification awarded at end of course if sufficient skills and knowledge have been demonstrated. All materials\, rackets\, strings and machines will be provided but let us know if bringing a machine. Pre-course technical information will be sent. Each course member will receive a string & grip package. \nPlenty of parking is available and refreshments will be available to purchase at the club catering facilities.
