We have been running the courses at Decathlon stores for a few years now and each one has been enjoyable and successful. The facilities are top class, free car parking and coffee shops next door, modern venue and great store staff. Liam Nolan, UKRSA Technical Director and UKRSA Founder, will be your tutor. The first day (Tuesday) can be taken as an extended one-day course to cover all of the course syllabus in one long day, though most will prefer the more leisurely two-day format. Beginners are advised to opt for the two days training.
We will cover all racket sports. Course members will be able to restring rackets to a professional standard by the end of the course and receive their certificate. In the event of not reaching the required standard, then you may return for another training session for free.
9am start and 9pm finish for those doing the one-day course, 9.30am to 4.30pm each day for others.
You may bring along your own rackets to work on if you wish, even your own machine, but do please let Liam know in advance. No drop weight machines. The teaching is informal! Bring pen and paper, but most important of all do bring your ENTHUSIASM and good humour!
The course is suited to beginners or seasoned stringers, aged 12 yrs and up to 100, who wish to upgrade their skills and knowledge, or gain the 12 CPD points if a tennis coach.
Course fee is £249 per person. If Dad & Son etc, then a 50% discount for one of them. Includes 3 months free UKRSA membership to remain technically supported through the UKRSA members forum. Plus lots of special member discounts on materials.
